So along with her amazing and talented team they worked together to develop our own PCA Certification Training Program for Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ).
Sam’s mission was to have our PCAs become the “gold standard” of the industry. And they are accomplishing the mission! ASQ has earned many awards and 5-star reviews.
But as a the leader and a nurse, Sam knew there is a big gap in our services: We needed private duty nurses!
